Tim is an NPC in Bubble Gum Simulator. He is located on Toy Isle, one of the islands in Toy Land. For every 10 Gems, he gives you 1 Block. He will only do this once every 2 hours.
Up to 500 million gems can be converted at a time, providing 50 million blocks.
