sirclown is an NPC in Bubble Gum Simulator. He is located on Mythic Island, one of the islands in Mystic Forest. For every 10 Gems, he gives one Crystal. He will only do this once every 2 hours. Only 700 million gems can be converted at a time, equivalent to 70 million crystals.
